It is not haram
I am a Catholic. I think it is a sin, because I think sex should be the benefit to others and open to life, and masturbation is not. I am sure that it is haram in Islam, but I'm not sure.
They are obviously very young, so I do not want to be gay, the answer is well in your home. Did not hurt, and it's a good feeling healthy.
